According to Phil Schaap, "at least one reed doubles clarinet." Chano Pozo is sometimes listed as participating in this session, but since he was killed in December 1948, that's not possible. It's probably his cousin Francisco "Chino" Pozo. Thanks to Ned Sublette for this correction.
