This is from the Mutual Network's Bandstand USA, which was broadcast live on Saturday nights from 8pm-10pm beginning in 1956.

In the notes to JMY 6402, Enrico Merlin places this session at an unknown venue on June 30, 1958 (a Monday). The Sextet was booked at Washington's Spotlite Lounge on June 10-15 (Tuesday-Sunday) and August 5-10 (Tuesday-Sunday); a broadcast is known to have been made on Saturday, August 9. This is probably it.
