The original acetate was recorded by Bob Redcross. Only Parker's solo is preserved,
along with the closing theme in counterpoint with the trumpet. This is one of the
earliest examples of Parker in this jam session groove.
February 3-4 was the closing night of the engagement at Billy Berg's.
