Davis gets an eight-measure solo on "Ain't Misbehavin'," plays tasteful obbligatos
behind Vaughan on the opening chorus of "It Might as Well Be Spring" (both takes)
and his playing is elegant throughout, but he's on a pretty short lead on both
sessions with the Vaughan/Jones group.
The solos on "Ain't Misbehavin'" are in the same order on both takes: Green (tb);
Johnson (ts); Davis (tpt); Scott (cl).
