This performance circulates with the date September 25 and the venue Hollywood Bowl, Los Angeles. Davis played only one concert there on September 25, and this is not it. Judging from the tunes played it seems likely that the performance is from later in the autumn, though the exact date remains a mystery.

The Davis group toured the U.S. in August-September:

August 14: Auditorium Theatre, Chicago IL
August 16: Masonic Temple Auditorium, Detroit MI
August 29: Civic Center, Atlanta GA
September 4: Red Rocks Theatre, Morrison CO
September 18: Music Hall, Cincinnati OH
September 19: Hill Auditorium, Ann Arbor MI
September 25: Hollywood Bowl, Los Angeles CA
September 26: Concord Pavilion, Concord CA
