The occasion was a benefit concert for the Minneapolis Coalition for the Homeless at the Sound Stage of Prince's Paisley Park Studios. Davis sat in for about four minutes "It's Gonna Be a Beautiful Night" (16:21).

Thunderball TB 091/092 is a two-CD set with the same music on CD and DVD-R (video). The edition is limited to 200 copies. The CD/DVD-R releases include the complete version of "It's Gonna Be a Wonderful Night," where Davis' four-minute solo has index 3 with the title "Miles Davis Instrumental." The music on Sabotage (no number) has a short incomplete version of "It's Gonna Be Beautiful Night" which only includes Davis' solo.
